Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Ariculture, which is composed of 16 articles, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, requirements for the collection, preparation and testing methods of control samples of food and tobacco products for the purpose of checking compliance of foodstuffs and the conditions under which they are produced or placed on the market with national regulations. The present Decree establishes also requirements for packaging, transport and preservation of control samples, their labelling and requirements for the report on control.
