Abstract

These Regulations implement Council Directive 1999/89 which amends Council Directive 91/494/EEC of as amended by Council Directive 93/121/EEC on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in and imports from third countries of fresh poultry meat. Paragraph (1) (f) of Regulation 11 now reads as follows: "it is accompanied by a health certificate relating to the poultry meat concerned in accordance with Article 12 of Council Directive 91/494/EEC, as amended by Council Directive 93/12
