Paragraph (1) (f) of Regulation 11 now reads as follows: "it is accompanied by a health certificate relating to the poultry meat concerned in accordance with Article 12 of Council Directive 91/494/EEC, as amended by Council Directive 93/121/EEC and as last amended by Council Directive 1999/89/EC, supplemented, if necessary, by a declaration drawn up in accordance with Article 21 of Annex B to the Council Directive."
