Abstract

These Regulations implement Council Directive No. 93/121/EEC which amends Council Directive No. 91/494/EEC on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in and imports from third countries of fresh poultry-meat. Regulation 5 formulates requirements for exportation fresh poultry meat. Fresh poultry meat shall be marked with the Community health mark as specified. Regulation 8 specify powers that are attributed to an inspector or authorized officer, for the purposes of these Regulations.
