This Decree enters into force on 1 May 2007.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of ten articles and six Annexes. Classifying slaughter bodies of pig is done from slaughter bodies of pigs prepared as defined in art.1. Carcasses are classified into quality categories according to weight, sex and lean, as specified in Annex 1. Pig carcasses are marked immediately after the classification. After the classification the appropriate protocol should be prepared in the form specified in Annex 4.
