Abstract

The present Decree-Law establishes requirements for the trading and selling of treated minced-meat under the control of the Institute for the Protection of Agricultural Food Production (IPPAA). It regulates trading and selling procedures for minced-meat and treated minced-meat in national and EU territories. It also prescribes the sanitary procedures to be followed in order to obtain authorizations to trade and sell minced-meat and treated minced-meat (parts of the animal, kind of animal, transport requirements, etc.).
