Abstract Since cultivated mushrooms are among the products listed in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96 for which standards must be adopted, the present Regulation has been enacted in order to lay down such standards, which must be applied at all stages of marketing. These standards regard minimum quality requirements, size, tolerances, presentation and marking. They shall be implemented in compliance with the conditions established under Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96.
