It prescribes quality requirements for the production and marketing of different kinds of cocoa and chocolate products as defined at the outset. The following articles deal with addition of vegetable fats, and other substances, such as aromas, ascertainment of legal percentage of cocao, marking regulations, packaging and final dispositions.
