Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of 18 articles. The following types are establishes for wine drinks, excluding mead: depending on the content of carbon dioxide – calm, semi-sparking, sparkling; depending on the content of sugar – dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, very sweet. The following types are establishes for mead: depending on added fruit juice – fruit mead, grape mead; depending on the content of honey and water – four, three, two, one and half units of water for each unit of honey. This Regulation specifies also organoleptic, physical and chemical requirements for wine products.
