The Regulation prohibits the adulterating of milk obtained from a milking parlors, and defines dairy products as any type of food obtained exclusively from milk. The Regulation contains detailed rules on milk additives; milk processing; sampling obligations and inspections; milk adulteration; and others. The Regulation contains the following two annexes: I. Definitions of milk and certain dairy products; and II. Labelling of canned milk products and milk powder.
