Résumé This Order establishes the minimum stock of Port wine that must be kept by traders, in accordance with article 34 of the Annex to Decree-Law No. 173/2009. It establishes that all natural or legal persons that dedicate themselves to the sale of Port wine, must maintain a permanent existence of not less than 75,000 litres of Port wine in adequately isolated areas, allowing an easy and efficient control and satisfying the requisite of storage conditions, including capacity, equipment, safety, environment and hygiene.
