The principal targets of State veterinary supervision are prophylaxis of infectious and mass non-infectious animal disease and ensuring safety of animal products as regards veterinary and sanitary requirements through prevention, exposure and repression of the violation of veterinary legislation currently in force. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 regards organization and the principal targets of State veterinary supervision. Section 3 determines the modalities of carrying out State veterinary supervision. Section 4 establishes the rights and duties of the officials of State veterinary service entitled to carry out State veterinary supervision.
