The permit shall be in the form as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations. Any holder of a permit who uses a carrier or container which does not comply with the standard specifications laid down in the First Schedule to these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence. Any meat consignment intended for transportation shall be accompanied by a certificate of transport in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule.
