The Law aims to: a) a purposeful, especially thrifty use of land; b) the promotion of a meaningful and orderly development of the settlement; c) the protection of cultural heritage, landscapes and natural resources from impairment. The text consists of 127 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Planning law (2); Other space-efficient tools (3); Building regulations (4); Final and transitional provisions (5).
