Résumé

State Committee for standardization, Metrology and Certification decrees to validate the Regulation, elaborated by the Pan-Russian research institution "Tobacco". This institution is nominated the Central Authority of the system of certification of tobacco and tobacco products. The Regulation consists of X chapters. Chapter I determines the sphere of application. Chapter II establishes the system of certification of tobacco and tobacco products. Chapter III lays down the general provisions. Chapter IV establishes the scheme of certification. Chapter V establishes the modalities of certification. Chapter VI analyses of the production cycle of tobacco products. Chapter VII regards the modalities of the official registration of the results of certification. Chapter VIII deals with labelling of the production with the conformity symbol. Chapter IX regards inspection control of the certified tobacco and tobacco products. Chapter X concerns keeping and registration of the documentation by the certifying authority.
