Résumé This Decree applies to: entities specified in Article 1 of the Decree No. 13 of 1998 on the classification of carcasses, and to pigs for slaughter belonging to one of the categories listed in Article 1(2) of this Decree. Pig carcasses weighing more than 120 kg must not be classified but only graded into one of the categories listed in Article 4(1b) and properly marked. Article 5 provides estimation methods.
