Resumen This Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of and determines the standards for, hygienic and technically appropriate production, processing, conservation, transport, storage and marketing of quick-frozen foodstuffs intended for human consumption. It also provides for the principles and procedures of sampling and analysis methods. The Notification does not cover ice cream and other edible ices. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Council Directive No 89/108/EEC.
