The Act consists of 50 articles and is divided in the following parts: preliminary provisions, handling the water, protection of water, groundwater and supplying citizens with water, water flows and their administration, limiting of the rights for immovable properties, water management works, protection against flooding, compensation on water management, fines, transitional and final provisions.
