Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that each municipality, provincial government agency and crown corporation shall make provision for the disposal of all garbage, solid waste, liquid waste, bulky metallic waste and industrial waste created within its jurisdiction. The text consisting of 15 sections deals with the following matters: Class 1 waste disposal grounds, class 2 and 3 waste disposal grounds, operating permits, burial of dead animals, operator's responsibilities and duties, hazardous waste, etc
