Juli 1993 (BGBl. I p. 1189) and the Poultry Meat Hygiene Act of 17 July 1996 (BGBl. I p. 991). Article 1 establishes that operators of slaughterhouses and meat processing industries are due to allow on their premises the vocational training of veterinaries as well as of meat inspectors.
