Abstract The present Schedule implements the Federal Act on foodstuff and articles of daily use of 9 October 1992; the Ordinance on foodstuff and articles of daily use of 23 November 2005 and the Implementing Ordinance relating to the Federal Act on foodstuff and articles of daily use of 13 June 1995. In particular, the Schedule lays down provisions relating to: 1) Fees for inspection and sampling; 2) Technical investigations according to the Schedule of Fees of the Association of Cantonal Chemists of Switzerland; 3) Inspection and investigation reports; 4) Additional expense as a result of complaints; 5) Review of terms; 6) Review and signing of certificates.
