The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 1995.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act on foodstuff and articles of daily use (Foodstuff Act) of 9 October 1992. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Organization and competences (I); Special provisions (II); Costs (III); Legal protection (IV); Final provisions (V).
