This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, which must comply with undertakings in the food business. These rules complement those that are prescribed by the Regulation on food hygiene. They apply to unprocessed and processed products of animal origin.
