Abstract

This Regulation determines the procedure for delivering the lees and wine lees from wine production for distillation or vinegar production. Wine producer, in the sense of this text, is a legal or physical person who processes grapes or must into wine or on whose behalf the grapes or must are processed into wine. A distiller, in the sense of this text, is a legal or natural person or a group of persons that: - distills wine, wine fortified for distillation or by-products during wine production, including pomace and sediment; - has approval from the Ministry of Agriculture, forestry and water management for distillation.
