Abstract This Regulation determines the detailed conditions regarding the premises and equipment for wine production. Wine producers should have separate and appropriate premises for wine production, namely for: - reception and processing of grapes and must; - care, finishing and storage of the wine; - filling and storing the wine in bottles or other containers; - performing basic chemical analyzes of the wine. Producers who produce wine in an amount less than 300 hl per year can carry out the processing of grapes and must and the care, finishing and storage of the wine in the same room, if conditions are provided to prevent unwanted influences between the processes. Producers who produce wine in an amount less than 300 hl per year should not have separate rooms for performing chemical analyzes of the wine.
