Abstract This Regulation sets the procedure for the classification of bovine, pork/swine and sheep carcases and meat, including the correct and controlled manner and procedure for their processing and marking. These rules are further intended for all bovine meat if deriving form animals with less than one year (1 months) of age; for all imports of such meat from third countries; control over the performance of above mentioned task.
