Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, establishes a catalogue of waste by groups, subgroups and types with the indication of hazardous waste. The catalogue describes 20 groups of waste depending on the source of origin. Annex 1 contains the catalogue of waste. The hazardous waste is marked in the catalogue.
