Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: the wastes catalogue and the list of hazardous wastes; method of classification of waste. The catalogue describes 20 groups of waste depending on the source of origin. Annex 1 contains the wastes catalogue specifying groups, subgroups and types of waste.
