Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Climate, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, establishes the catalogue of waste by groups, subgroups and types with the indication of hazardous waste. The catalogue describes 20 groups of waste depending on the source of origin. The Annex contains the catalogue of waste with indication of the hazardous waste.
