Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of five paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: (1) way of sampling food during official food control and monitoring for the purpose of marking levels of pesticides remains, including amount and quantity of taken samples; (2) procedures applied; (3) criteria for analytical methods; (4) way of presentation and interpretation results of analysis; (5) way of transport and storage of samples before examination. Annex 1 specifies the way of sampling food mark levels of pesticides remains and procedures applied. Annex 2 establishes criteria for analytical methods, way of presentation and interpretation results of analysis, and way of transport and storage of samples before examination.
