This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary microbiological criteria to be observed as regards the respect to the mandatory food safety issues, including additional hygiene procedures, food testing and sampling (microbiological criteria on the technical basis of absence/presence or number of microorganisms and/or the amount of their toxins/metabolites per unit of mass, volume, surface or series).
