This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary procedure for the classification of preliminary production areas for live bivalve molluscs, live echinoderms, live tunicates and live marine gastropods (into microbiological classes); issues regarding the state veterinary inspectors, persons authorized to perform the sampling, official laboratories (all rules regarding the microbiological contamination and biotoxin contamination in relaying areas and production areas where bivalve molluscs are cultivated and catch).
