This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary methods for the calculation/determining the quantity/volume of water absorption in slaughterhouse facilities on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, also in order to determining the average water loss during thawing of poultry meat.
