This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment lays down categories of propagating material and seedlings of hop (art. 3), obligations of suppliers (art. 4), requirements regarding the variety and requirements for the marketing of propagating material and seedlings of hop (art. 5), procedure for official authorization of certified material (art. 6) and the official testing of standard seedlings of hop.
