Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes: (1) categories of propagating material and seedlings of hop; (2) obligations and requirements for the suppliers; (3) requirements for the marketing of propagating material and seedlings of hop; (4) the process of official authorization of certified material; (5) official checks of standard seedlings of hop. This Regulation is composed of 23 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); The process of formal confirmation (Sec. 2); Standard production of plants and official inspection of hop gardens (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
