This Regulation enters into force on the date of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the food safety criteria (specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, in terms of various operations necessary during their collection and processing and closely related to the quantity of shellfish poison-amnesic shellfish poison or ASP) rules to be applied on live bivalve molluscs of the species Acanthocardia tuberculatum.
