This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will fully apply on 1 June 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby establishes the necessary general and special conditions of hygiene of food (microbiological criteria or value of effective contamination) at any stage of production, processing and transport.
