Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes requirements for caseins and caseinates which are intended for human consumption. Detailed requirements for commercial quality of edible caseins and caseinates are specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 describes methods of analysis of edible caseins and caseinates. This Regulation does not apply to caseins and caseinates intended for export to countries which are not member of the European Union.
