Abstract

The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish National Food Agency, contains maximum limit values of contaminants in foodstuffs. The Annex contains maximum limits for lead, mercury, glycoalkaloids, patulin, aflatoxins, nitrate, nitrite and tin, with the exception of drinking water, and cesium-137.
