Abstract This Regulation provides standards and rules for the quality of cocoa and chocolate products, which are marketed for human consumption, and refers to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) the composition; c) type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and processing; d) additional or specific requirements for labelling and marking.
