Abstract

This Regulation declares Regulation (EU) 2017/2158 establishing mitigation measures and benchmark levels for the reduction of the presence of acrylamide in food (incorporated as Annex II, Chapter XII, No. 163 of the EEA) to apply as a (Norwegian) regulation with the adaptations provided for as specified. The Food Safety Authority shall supervise and may make necessary decisions for the implementation of the provisions of this Regulations in accordance with section 23 of the Food Act.
