This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation is hereby designated to "strictly protect" and "protect" wild species on the Red list of threatened species of animals, plants, fungi in the Croatian Republic, expert assessment of the State Institute for Nature Conservation and the obligations assumed under international treaties.
