This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines "strictly protected" and "protected" wild species based on the Red list of threatened species of animals, plants, fungi on the Croatian territory, expert assessment of the State Institute for Nature Conservation and the obligations assumed under international treaties.
