This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides measures for the protection of certain species of wild mushrooms that are endangered and rare, stipulates the conditions for collecting fruiting bodies, purchase and trade in endangered species of wild mushrooms not specifically protected, provides the conditions for obtaining permission to collect these wild mushrooms or parts thereof for personal use and for the purpose of processing, trade and other transactions, requirements for their protection, and other special issues of importance for the protection of wild species of fungi.
