It shall apply to all animals that may be affected by rabies as listed in Schedule 1. Importation of listed animals is prohibited except under a licence of the States Commerce and Employment Department. The Order also establishes the powers available to the Department to deal with an outbreak or suspected outbreak of rabies in the Islands and provides with respect to quarantine.
