Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate in details the hygienic and sanitary requirements for purchasing, processing, storage and transportation of fresh poultry meat. It contains the general sanitary provisions for plants processing poultry meat, the specific sanitary requirements for slaughterhouses and special requirements for refrigerators. Part 6 lays down rules of conduct and clothing for personnel and for plant equipment. The Ordinance consists of 20 articles divided into 7 Parts.
