As far there is no other regulation they are also applicable to bordering waterways. The first Part of the text deals with general provisions, such as sphere of application, definition of terms, applicable provisions, and public services vehicles. The second Part concerns provisions relating to the use of the harbour, such as general operation of the harbour, authorization to enter and leave the port, pollution and damages, inspection of the port, fees relating to harbour and navigation.
