Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the handling of dangerous goods in the port of Hamburg. The text consists of 26 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); General safety provisions for preparation, transhipment and transit of hazardous goods (II); Safety regulations for vehicles (III); Special provisions for tank ships and port vehicles (IV); Special provisions for tank ship ports (V); Penalties and final provisions (VI). Three Annexes are enclosed.
