Abstract The Regulation provides for applicable fees in the areas of environmental protection, nature conservation, energy law as well as the water system. The users fees are charged for environmental investigations. The Regulation further provides for administrative fees and permit fees. Payment for the fees are scheduled for the period that special use is permitted. The Regulation provides free of charge usage as non-profit water sports clubs, utilisation for film and television recordings in the media industry and for the execution of construction and maintenance work. The Regulation consists of 13 Sections and 3 Annexes as follow: Chargeable facts (1); Exception to the scope (2); Special expenses (3); Advance payments (4); General calculation criteria (5); Calculation standards for permits according to the Federal Immersion Control Act, the Recycling Law and the Law on the World Impact Assessment (6); Blocking off changes and postponement of building applications (7); Fee period (8); Calculation standards (9); Due date (10); Usage free of charge (11); Official acts free of charge (12); Final provision (13).
