Abstract: This Act regulates the manufacture, prescription and use of, and trade in, drugs and poisons used for human beings and animals and in agriculture and other activities. The Act also provides for the appointment of a Pharmacy and Poisons Board and a registrar of the Board who shall act as Chief Pharmacist.
