Abstract

These Rules implement provisions of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act with respect to the importation, exportation, manufacture, prescription, placing on the market, use, storage and transport of poisons and drugs used in human beings, animals and agriculture and other activities. The Rules provide for the licensing of importers and exporters and place restrictions on the sale of drugs and poisons. The Rules also contain labelling requirements.
